We are pleased that you have decided to use our expertise and knowledge. By using our assistance, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.
Scope of Our Services
We do not provide any travel services; we function as your agents to help you make the best possible decisions for your trip, but we accept no liability if the services are not properly delivered. We are not responsible for supplier’s terms & conditions of travel providers you have authorized to book on your behalf as they take precedence for your trip. We only use vetted suppliers to provide you the best travel experiences. We are not merchant of record for any travel services, and any credit card purchases you authorize us to make on your behalf are made directly to the contracted suppliers. Funds are not held in any of our accounts unless specified in a requirement directly from us.
Travel Bookings Policy
You warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal authority to make bookings and you are financially responsible for all travel bookings you make with us, whether made on your behalf or for other members of your traveling party or a pre-approved person representing you (i.e. relative, or office assistance). You also agree that booking travel with us will result in you abiding by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier that you select as a service provider on an itinerary you have approved.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for issues outside of our control such as acts of God, terrorism, weather conditions, natural disasters, health hazards, or supplier negligence.
Pricing
Prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment has been made and received by the travel supplier. Unless indicated or appropriate insurance has been purchased for necessary coverage, all arrangements are non-refundable. Additional fees may be incurred should any change be required including, but not limited to, spelling of names; changes in dates of travel; changes in selection of hotels; or, other services purchased. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in a cancellation of your reservations and you may forfeit any monies paid for your reservations. Please review the itinerary carefully to avoid these issues.
We Strongly Recommend Travel Protection and Insurance
Visit Dream Destinations, LLC dba Dream Destinations strongly suggests that our clients purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. We have several policies that offer coverage/protection to meet your needs. We look forward to discussing the options with you. Should you decide not to purchase travel insurance, we require a signed waiver indicating that you have been informed that insurance is available but have declined to purchase.
Information on Travel Services, Flights, Hotels
Every effort has been made to communicate correct information including, but not limited to, flight times, pricing, and amenities. We apologize for any errors, omissions, but assume no liability should they occur.
It is the client’s responsibility to check with the selected airline(s) to ensure the client is aware of the current rules and regulations including, but not limited to, baggage, security issues, and actual flight times of the purchased air travel. We do not book air travel unless it can be purchased through the main supplier. Also it is your responsibility to make and possibly pay for seat assignments if not included by the air supplier.
Many hotel properties we suggest are non-smoking properties and have penalties for smoking in the room or around the property. Additionally, hotels may have occupancy rules as to the number of guests allowed per room. Some properties have a specific pet policy. Visit Dream Destinations LLC makes every effort to inform our clients of the property regulations, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the guests to be aware of any rules and regulations of their chosen lodging selection. Visit Dream Destinations LLC accepts no liability for a client’s interpretation or actions of the rules and regulations.
Valid Identification Policies are Traveler Responsibility
Issues of required methods of valid identification for travel are the responsibility of the client. Visit Dream Destinations LLC accepts no responsibility to ensure the client has the proper identification. Should you have questions about the current regulations, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you. To receive your travel documents, our office must be in possession of a signed waiver acknowledging you have been made aware of this information. Passports with at least 6 months remaining prior to the expiration date is a client responsibility.
We would also like to inform you that European travel requirements are currently changing, and we will update this traveler responsibility when the exact dates, costs and how to satisfy these new government regulations.
Visa Requirements
Some destinations require a VISA to enter the country. Visit Dream Destinations, LLC takes no responsibility to ensure that the client has the appropriate documentation. Should you have questions about the current entry requirements for any country on your itinerary, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you. To receive your travel documents, our office must be in possession of a signed waiver acknowledging you have been made aware of this information.
